Aluminum Disposable
I am baking a cake in an aluminum disposable pan…how can i avoid sticking?
i plan on taking the cake out and frosting it…but i want to know the best method like what to use and how long to wait (overnight..etc)
Use some pam or butter to grease the disposable pan. If the cake is from a mix, use a little of the mix in place of flour for the pan – sprinkle a little in and swirl it around so that the entire pan is covered. This is better than using flour because it won’t look pasty once the cake is done. However flour is acceptable if you are making the cake from scratch.
